Meet the Team

Our corporate office is located in North Georgia and provides start to finish customer support. The inside sales team can help you with quotations, product knowledge and order processing. We strive to offer friendly professional service for all of our manufacturers, distributors and end users.

President
Phil has been a Manufacturer’s Representative since 1989. He has worked in the telecommunications industry throughout the southeastern states for over 19 years. He has a main focus with R-BOC, DOT, and OSP projects. Phil has worked with the manufacturers on product development for new technology. He is a resident of North Ga. where he resides with his family.

Controller & CFO
Elyse has been associated with ProCom Sales since 2007, bringing many years of financial management expertise to the Company. She has been an integral part of the Company’s success and growth. She attended Berry College and earned a BBA-Accounting from Kennesaw State University. She is a native Georgian, residing in Woodstock. She is a Board Member of the Woodstock Midday Optimist Club and a member of the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys her family & friends and is an avid UGA football fan.

Chief Operating Officer
Michael is a certified public accountant and is the managing partner of Mixon, Mixon, Brown & Tench, CPAs. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs. He earned his bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University. Mike is an avid golfer, boater and college football fan.

CFP® CAO
Terry is a Certified Financial Planner™ and has been working with goal oriented clients for over twenty five years. Terry focuses on working with pre-retirement and retired clients to create long term, personalized, risk managed programs to meet their goals and objectives. Terry resides in Marietta, GA with his wife of 50 years, Mali.

Executive VP of Inside Sales
Courtney joined the ProCom Sales team in 2016. She has over 30 years experience in customer service, including 16 years in the telecommunications industry. She has 2 grown children and resides in Alpharetta, GA with her husband.

Event Manager & Executive Assistant
Pamela has been with ProCom Sales since 2014. She works as the assistant to Phil Peppers and handles all the logistics and planning for trade shows and events for ProCom Sales. Pamela lives in Canton, GA with her husband as an empty nester. She is very involved with her family and especially her grandchildren.

Project Logistics Manager
Melissa began her career with ProCom Sales in 2019. She has over 18 years of experience in customer service. Melissa graduated from the University of Georgia in 2008. She resides in Acworth, GA with her husband and son where they enjoy spending time outdoors and watching local sports teams.

Executive Vice President of Sales
Doug has thirty years experience in the Telecommunications industry. Doug started his career as a splicer for outside plant construction for a large contracting firm in Florida, working his way up to Splicing Manager and eventually Operations Manager. Doug has worked for several companies since 2000 as an Operations and Regional Operations Manager. Doug started his career as a Manufacturer’s Representative in 2007 and brings with him hands on experience with the products he represents. Doug resides in his native state of Florida.

Outside Sales
Al has more than forty years in the telecommunication industry. Married with daughters and grandchildren. Served honorably in the U.S. Air Force. Before coming to ProCom Sales had twenty-seven years of sales in the distribution. Began his work with ProCom Sales November of 2014. Loves to fish and travel throughout the country.

Outside Sales | AT&T
Eric has over 40 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. Eric started his career as a technician for Southern Bell in Florida. Throughout his career at BellSouth/AT&T, Eric has held various technical and management positions including Network Manager; Specialist-Construction & Engineering Staff; and eventually Area Manager, C & E. Eric served as a SME and member of the BellSouth OSP Advisory Board, selecting product approval, in addition to writing M&P's, and Regional Letters. Eric has been with ProCom Sales since 2010 and brings with him firsthand knowledge and experience with the products he represents. Eric has (2) children and resides with his family in his native state of Florida.

Outside Sales
Trey started out with ProCom in May of 2023. He is a United States Marine Corps veteran from Georgia, where he served as an intelligence specialist and was honorably discharged as a sergeant. He spent over two years after his military service working as a commercial electrician. He lives in North Carolina with his wife.

Outside Sales
Daniel has been with ProCom sales since September of 2023. Prior to coming to ProCom sales his background includes 20 years in the Facilities Maintenance industry. Daniel lives in Central Arkansas with his wife Rebecca and three children.
